Now he intends to study how common diabetes therapies impact the bacteria. Patienter som har genomgått fetmakirurgi har en förändrad tarmflora, och samma sak gäller för patienter med typ 2 Fredrik Backhed is working as a Researcher in Institute of Diabetes Wellness Network Sweden in Department of Diabetes and Endocrinology at University of Gothenburg Sweden. Research Interest Fredrik Backhed is involved in working on developing new treatments for type 1 diabetes.
